The books is partially set in Atlanta, where I was living when I read it the first time.  I love that.  It's got time travel, and is essentially a really long answer to "What would you do if you had you life to live over?"  That's a question that never tires.

I know I've read this more than twice, I'm sorry I haven't keep track of the intervening times. It's interesting to see how my take on a book changes over time, but it's also interesting if I don't give opinions, just to recall when and where and why I read it that time.

This time I was bothered that the protagonists didn't pay closer attention, didn't revel in the experimental aspect of it. And also, the selfishness. (No doubt an opinion bleeding over from Groundhog Day) Not that you have to spend all your lives making the world a better place, but dang, they don't even have fun most of the time.
