Both useful and entertaining. I'm reading the whole [b:Runaways, Vol. 1: Pride and Joy|7389|Runaways, Vol. 1 Pride and Joy|Brian K. Vaughan|http://d.gr-assets.com/books/1264516899s/7389.jpg|10219456]series alongside Natasha, but one digest back. And I didn't grow up as a Marvel fan, so I really don't know any of the backstory, or where this fits in, or who those established characters are. (Except what I've learned from the most recent films.)So, there's a timeline, an overview of the storylines and characters of each decade, lots of art reproduced, including a hundred or more covers. Really, all kinds of good reference material. It might be a bit dull to those who've been immersed in the Marvel world for long, and I wouldn't recommend anyone, established fan or not, trying to sit down and read it straight through. But a useful book to have around, my yes.Library copy
